Triple ThreatMon. 5:30P Designed to shape, tone and strengthen muscles throughout the body.
Modified StrongManWed. 5:00P Strength and conditioning exercises to target the upper and lower body.
30-Minute SpinningThur. 5:30P A traditional spin class focusing on endurance, strength and interval training.
Strength TrainingSat. 8:00A A combination of both upper and lower body training, featuring free weights and fitness steps. Great for all ability levels.
