Bill's 30-Minute AbsMon. 5:30P A great way to help strengthen your core. Balanced for both beginners and advanced participants.
Modified StrongManWed. 5P Strength and conditioning exercises to target the upper and lower body.
30-Minute SpinningThur. 5:30P A traditional spin class focusing on endurance, strength and interval training.
Strength TrainingMon. 6:00P & Sat. 8:00A A combination of both upper and lower body training, featuring free weights and fitness steps. Great for all ability levels.
